Don’t worry; be happy!

Day 8, May 8th, Wednesday: A piece of advice you have for others. Anything at all.

Never worry about things you can’t do anything about. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Why waste your time over-analyzing things when in fact they’re just mere products of your imagination? Life is full of amazing stuff. The only problem is that we’re not really giving attention to them. Worrying can only lead to stress and even worse, depression. It’s like a poison traveling its way through your veins and gradually spreading in your insides. It depends on us whether we want to look for an antidote or not.

We often worry about the smallest things when they’re not even worth worrying about. We sometimes overlook the things that can truly make us happy. Worrying ruins a lot of things. Opportunities, relationships, moments, and even people.

Find a diversion just to keep your mind away from the things you often worry about. Spend more time with the people you love, do more of the things that make you happy, and always think positively. Never worry. Always remember that God will never give us a burden we can’t bear. The time you spent worrying is a time wasted for you could have used that for doing better things.

Be happy! You deserve that. Until next time! DFTBA, reader!

Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry: Worry never fixes anything.  — Ernest Hemingway
